A district officer from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec, while on duty with a Territorial Defence Forces soldier, detained a man suspected of a drug-related offence.
KPP Bolesławiec:
While patrolling the city, the officers noticed a young man whose face was not covered. During the conversation, the 23-year-old resident of Osiecznica municipality began behaving nervously.
The reason for the man’s behaviour quickly became clear. The officers said: “He had narcotics in his pocket, which fell out during the check.”
It turned out to be marijuana. The 23-year-old now faces up to three years in prison.
