City Hall:

In connection with the ongoing epidemic, and in order to limit the impact of the economic crisis, including protecting jobs, a draft resolution of the Bolesławiec City Council is being prepared. It will enable the Mayor of Bolesławiec to reduce rents for commercial premises held in the city’s resources.

Officials add:

This assistance will not require the submission of any applications, will not constitute state aid, and will not create a need to increase revenue.

The rent reduction (proposed from 1 April) will apply to all commercial premises held in the city’s resources, except garages and storage units. “However, I hope that the government authorities will soon introduce appropriate legal regulations enabling reductions in rents for commercial premises belonging to municipal resources without the need to involve—and therefore convene—councillors for a session,” reports Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman.
