The Number of People Infected with Coronavirus Has Exceeded One Thousand. The 14th Person Has Died

Ministry of Health:

We have 74 new cases of #coronavirus infection, confirmed by positive laboratory test results.

The confirmed cases concern: 39 people from the Masovian Voivodeship, 15 people from the Łódź Voivodeship, 5 people from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, 4 people from the Silesian Voivodeship, 4 people from the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, 2 people from the Greater Poland Voivodeship, 2 people from the Podlaskie Voivodeship, and 1 person each from the West Pomeranian, Opole and Lesser Poland voivodeships.

At the same time, we regret to inform you that 14th person infected with coronavirus has died at the hospital in Skarżysko Kamienna. He was an 80-year-old man with underlying conditions.

In total, the number of people infected with coronavirus is: 1031/14 (all positive cases/of whom have died).

There are a total of 150 confirmed cases of SARS–CoV-2 in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, including 5 deaths.

There are 5 new cases in the voivodeship. 4 people are hospitalized (3 people in Wrocław, 1 person in Bolesławiec). 1 person has been placed in home isolation.

The number of people under quarantine or in isolation is 4114; the number of people under epidemiological supervision is 2949; the number of people hospitalized due to suspected 2019-nCoV infection is 248.
