Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn arrested two men suspected of jointly committing five offences. (The suspects are residents of Bolesławiec County, aged 38 and 39).
The suspects stole two vehicles and attempted to steal a third. What is more, the men made off with 15 car headlights.
“Based on the information gathered, police officers established where the vehicles originating from the crimes were located and where the car parts had been sold,” says asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer for the County Police Headquarters. “As a result of intensive efforts, all the stolen property was recovered and handed over to its owner.”
Moreover, it came to light that the duo also had a burglary and the theft of… firewood on their record.
In total, the arrested men were each charged with five offences. They could face between one and as many as ten years in prison.
