Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, while patrolling the Gromadka municipality, noticed a man riding a quad bike without a helmet. The vehicle had no registration plates.

During the inspection, it turned out that the 39-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was driving the vehicle despite an active court-imposed ban on driving any motor vehicles.
In addition, the quad bike did not have the mandatory insurance and was not roadworthy, as it had not undergone a technical inspection and was not registered.
The 39-year-old could now face a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison, as well as financial consequences.
