The incident occurred on March 18 in the afternoon. The duty officer at the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec received a report of a suicide attempt in one of the apartments in the city. “The caller informed the emergency services that her neighbor was threatening to take her own life,” says asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska. “The district officers who were closest to the scene rushed to help.
After entering the apartment, the officers saw a bloodied woman. They immediately provided her with first aid, applying a pressure dressing to prevent further bleeding.
The 54-year-old woman was then handed over to the medical services that arrived at the scene.
