The incident occurred on March 12, after 7:00 a.m., in one of the towns in Bolesławiec Municipality. “Officers of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters received a report of a citizen’s apprehension of an intoxicated driver. The man had come to do some shopping, but thanks to another driver’s intervention, he did not drive away,” says asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, the district police spokeswoman.
It turned out that the 42-year-old from Warsaw was completely drunk. (The test showed 2.5‰ of alcohol in his exhaled air).
