The incident occurred on Friday, March 13, after 9:00 a.m., on Karola Miarki Street in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Peugeot, a 50-year-old resident of Bolesławiec Gmina, failed to yield the right of way to a 47-year-old cyclist. A collision occurred, as a result of which the cyclist from Bolesławiec was injured.
(Fortunately, the cyclist suffered only general bruising).
The person responsible for the collision was fined 250 PLN.
