Due to the need to disinfect the office in accordance with the recommendations of the District Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Bolesławiec, with particular emphasis on the Customer Service Office, the Bolesławiec District Office will be closed on 13 March 2020 (Friday).
Officials encourage people to contact the office by telephone at 75 612 17 00 or 75 612 17 02, or via the internet, in particular through the ePUAP electronic inbox.
From Monday, customer service at the office will be provided primarily online, electronically and by telephone.
– Customers of the District Office will be able to contact officials in person only in emergency and particularly complicated situations. If necessary, officials will arrange specific times by telephone – this is about the safety of employees as well as residents, whom we want to encourage to remain in their homes or workplaces and not increase the risk – says Sabina Guszpil, the district head’s spokesperson.
