Inspector Mariusz Ciarka, spokesperson for the Komenda Główna Policji:
The telephone numbers of individual Police units, available on their websites, remain at your disposal, as do the emergency numbers 112 and 997. It is also possible to submit a report in writing (except in urgent situations) and to contact Police units and the local police officer using the “Moja Komenda” mobile application.
Let us remember that visits to Police units often involve the need to travel by public transport and spend time among larger numbers of people we do not know. While waiting to have a report accepted in enclosed rooms, we are also exposed to contact with strangers.
The spokesperson adds:
After verifying the report, you will receive instructions on what to do next. Let us remember, however, that in some cases (e.g. when it is necessary to prepare procedural documentation—accepting an oral notification of a crime or taking a witness statement), activities must be carried out at the unit, of which police officers will inform you.
KPP Bolesławiec:
If you need to report an incident, the telephone number of the duty officer at the Bolesławiec Police unit is available to you: 75 6496 200 or 201, and in the case of emergency reports, the numbers are 112 and 997.
It is also possible to submit a report by email: dyzurny@boleslawiec.wr.policja.gov.pl or in writing (except in urgent situations), and to contact Police units and the local police officer using the “Moja Komenda” mobile application.
