The duty officer of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police received a telephone report stating that a Bolesławiec resident had dumped a considerable amount of rubble-filled bags under a waste-container enclosure in the city centre. Officers were sent to the site and confirmed the report.

In the course of the official proceedings, the offender was identified. The irresponsible Bolesławiec resident was issued a fine and simultaneously obliged to clean up the contaminated area, which he did.
