On Friday, February 28, a modern ultrasound machine for heart examinations was delivered to the hospital on Jeleniogórska Street in Bolesławiec. The Philips device, worth PLN 400,000, was donated to the hospital by the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.

“We received a new echocardiography ultrasound machine from Jurek Owsiak’s WOŚP foundation. It is extremely valuable equipment for examining all heart defects in people under 18 and older people,” says Kamil Barczyk, Director of the County Hospital in Bolesławiec Kamil Barczyk. “The machine will go to the ultrasound laboratory for use by patients throughout the hospital,” the director adds.

A second ultrasound machine will soon be delivered to the Bolesławiec hospital. This will also be a donation from WOŚP.
