Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn, acting on information they had gathered, detained the perpetrator of the misappropriation of property. The 49-year-old resident used his former partner’s phone as if it were his own
– The crime took place around the turn of January and February in Bolesławiec municipality – reports asp. szt. Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the County Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec. – The man has already been charged in the case.
The police recovered property worth PLN 1,400. The 49-year-old man now faces a sentence of between three months and five years in prison.
