The incident took place on Wednesday, February 5, before 4:00 p.m., at the 50th kilometer of the A4 motorway (toward Wrocław). Emergency services were dispatched to a passenger car fire. Volunteer firefighters from Trzebień (Bolesławiec municipality):
The driver extinguished the car before the emergency services arrived.
In addition to the firefighters from Trzebień, firefighters from the KP PSP in Bolesławiec, a police patrol and road services also took part in the operation.
