Every day, from morning until evening, recruits undergoing preparatory service learn the military craft. The soldiers of the 10BKPanc responsible for training the young recruits make every effort to train the young troops to a high standard. They share their broad knowledge and experience. They teach theory and practical skills.
The activities in which the recruits participate are varied. They cover subjects including weapons training, regulations, tactics, physical education and terrain orientation.
The variety of the training provides a foundation for those soldiers who are considering joining the ranks of the professional military in the future. The many activities planned for the recruits build morale and physical fitness while increasing their theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The basic training of preparatory-service soldiers is currently under way. After taking the military oath (22 February 2020), the preparatory-service soldiers will begin specialist training.
