The incident occurred on Friday, January 17, at around 5:30 a.m. on Chrobrego Street in Bolesławiec. As the officers determined, a 63-year-old driver of a Renault, while exiting Polna Street, hit a woman on the pedestrian crossing. The 66-year-old, who suffered a head injury, was taken to hospital.
Both the injured woman and the perpetrator are residents of Bolesławiec.
