The incident occurred on January 12, after 1:00 a.m., in Lubin. Two men and a woman entered one of the hospitals. They behaved very vulgarly and demanded immediate assistance for their 41-year-old colleague, who had cut his hand.
One of the paramedics told them to behave calmly out of consideration for the place they were in and the other patients waiting for medical assistance. Unfortunately, this only added fuel to the fire.
The attackers assaulted the victim, beating him all over his body. Lubin police officers were called to the scene and arrested a 25-year-old woman from Lubin and her two male companions, aged 36 and 41. Both the 25-year-old woman and one of her companions were drunk; they had more than one per mille of alcohol in their systems.
Police officers:
After questioning the suspects, the prosecutor imposed police supervision combined with a ban on approaching the victim as a preventive measure. The court will now decide the fate of all three.
The attackers could face between one and as many as ten years in prison.
