The incident took place on Friday, January 3, at around 11:30 a.m., on Kubika Street in Bolesławiec. While turning, the driver of a passenger car, a 69-year-old resident of Osiecznica Municipality, most likely failed to notice the cyclist. A collision occurred.
Fortunately, the 78-year-old woman from Bolesławiec did not suffer any more serious injuries. (The woman refused medical assistance).
The driver received a PLN 400 fine.
