District officers from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec stopped a 45-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality for a roadside check. During the proceedings, the officers noticed the driver’s unusual behavior. The 45-year-old admitted that he had taken drugs before getting behind the wheel.
What is more, it turned out that the vehicle did not have the required insurance or a valid technical inspection, and the registration plates… were assigned to another car.
The 45-year-old could now face up to two years in prison.
