Bolesławiec criminal investigators arrested a 27-year-old man from Bolesławiec suspected of stealing shoes.
A store employee notified the officers about the shoe theft. They immediately went to the scene to gather as much information as possible.
While analyzing surveillance footage, the officers quickly identified a suspect. He was arrested less than an hour after the theft. (The police had no doubts about the perpetrator’s guilt because the man… was wearing the stolen shoes).
The arrested man was charged with robbery theft because, while fleeing, he struck the employee who tried to stop him on the hands.
The 27-year-old from the City of Ceramics had already had conflicts with the law. He now faces between three months and five years in prison.
