From 5 to 8 December, the Good Books Fair was held at Wrocław’s Centennial Hall. The event has a 28-year tradition and began as the nationwide Meetings of Good Book Publishers. The fair, always held in December at the end of the calendar year, is a summary of the literary year in Poland.

Students of Zespół Szkół Handlowych i Usługowych in Bolesławiec had the opportunity to take part in this important event and benefit from the offerings of the best publishers from across Poland. Among the young people, the books by our Nobel laureate Olga Tokarczuk were the most popular.

Małgorzata Orzoł from ZSHiU:

The young people discovered that an interest in literature does not have to be boring and considered attending the literature festival a wonderful adventure.
