The incident occurred on 29 November during the Zagłębie Lubin vs Górnik Zabrze match. Police officers detained a 23-year-old man who brought alcohol into the Miedziowi stadium and consumed it there. Neither the 23-year-old nor his 46-year-old father wanted to follow the orders of the security personnel. Both were apprehended by security guards and handed over to police officers.
KPP Lubin:
The legislator has clearly defined the conduct expected of fans during a mass event, where bringing in and consuming alcohol is completely prohibited, as is failing to follow the orders of authorized personnel.
The police brought both men before the court, where they were fined PLN 2,000 and given a two-year ban on attending mass events.
