The incident occurred during the night of December 1–2 in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Daewoo, an 18-year-old from the City of Ceramics, failed to stop for a traffic check. Officers set off in pursuit.
The young man was detained in Kruszyn. It turned out that the fugitive had several portions of marijuana on him. It is also possible that he was driving under the influence of narcotic substances. (His blood was taken for testing.)
Let us remind you: failure to stop for a traffic check is punishable by up to five years in prison.
