Those entitled to submit applications for the awards are:
- the Mayor of Bolesławiec,
- the Bolesławiec City Council and committees of the Bolesławiec City Council,
- cultural institutions, associations and creative unions,
- art agencies and socio-cultural associations,
- editors of local newspapers, radio and television stations,
- publishing houses,
- educational institutions,
- scientific and research-scientific associations and organizations,
- sports clubs, associations and organizations,
- social and local-government organizations,
- local-government bodies, authorities and units.
Individuals and those interested in receiving the award themselves are not entitled to submit applications for the awards. The procedure and rules for granting the Bolesławiec Mayor’s awards are set out in Resolution No. XV/104/11 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 26 October 2011 on establishing the Bolesławiec Mayor’s awards for promoting the city and determining the procedure and rules for granting them.
Applications for awards for promoting the city of Bolesławiec in 2019 should be submitted to the Customer Service Office at 41 Rynek Street – the Town Hall, and at pl. Marsz. J.
