The concentration was inaugurated on 19 November with a ceremonial assembly of the participating personnel, attended by Colonel Andrzej Kupis, Deputy Head of the Rocket Forces and Artillery Board of the General Command of the Branches of the Armed Forces, commanders of artillery regiments, and representatives of the units and institutions providing support for the concentration.
After the participants were briefed on the key tasks of this year's concentration, detailed instruction was provided on the safety rules in force at the facilities of the Toruń training centre. Colonel Grzegorz Potrzuski, commander of the 23rd Artillery Regiment, then specified the training objectives and the key tasks to be carried out by the artillerymen from Bolesławiec.
Immediately after the assembly, the subunits began their combat training. During firing and fire-control exercises, the personnel under Lieutenant Colonel Piotr Kobyłecki, commander of the 3rd Rocket Artillery Squadron, practised tactical standards and combat tasks. The Fire-Control Training with live ammunition conducted by the squadron commander tested the crews' training and the battery commanders' ability to control fire.
