The incident occurred on October 31, shortly before noon. In the city center, officers from the Traffic Division of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters stopped a driver who was under the influence of alcohol.
The 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County got behind the wheel of a truck despite being drunk and having had his driving privileges revoked.
The man now faces up to two years in prison.
