During the ceremony, special words of recognition and gratitude were addressed to headteachers, teachers and non-teaching staff by Mayor Andrzej Dutkowski and Bogusław Uziej, Chairman of the Bolesławiec Municipality Council. In their speeches, both local government officials highlighted the reliability, commitment and passion with which everyone employed in schools and preschools throughout the municipality carries out their assigned tasks.
For outstanding achievements in educational and воспитational work, activities benefiting the local community, and the development of education in the municipality during the 2018/2019 school year, A. Dutkowski presented awards to:

It was also an opportunity for the directors of the municipality’s educational institutions to present their own awards to employees who had distinguished themselves during the previous school year through significant achievements benefiting their institutions.
The ceremony was enhanced by performances from students of the School and Preschool Complex in Kruszyna.
