The incident occurred on Thursday, October 17, after 2:00 p.m., on Kościuszki Street in Bolesławiec. Two Audi passenger cars collided.
The cause? A 19-year-old man from Bolesławiec County failed to exercise due caution and rear-ended the vehicle driven by a 38-year-old woman from Bolesławiec. The woman was traveling with three children.
Three people—the 38-year-old woman, an 11-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy—were injured. All three were taken to a hospital in Legnica with suspected spinal injuries. It is not yet known how serious the victims’ injuries are.
