The incident took place on Sunday, October 13, after 6:00 p.m., on Lubańska Street in Bolesławiec. The driver of a Volkswagen, a 21-year-old woman, failed to yield the right of way to a Kawasaki motorcycle ridden by a 50-year-old man from Bolesławiec County.
A collision occurred. Fortunately, the motorcyclist did not suffer any more serious injuries.
The 21-year-old resident of our county was fined PLN 250.
