The incident occurred on Monday, September 30, on the S3 expressway. Officers from the Legnica traffic police were alerted by a moped rider traveling toward Lubin. The officers stopped him for a roadside inspection.
The two-wheeler rider explained to the police that he had entered the expressway because that was where the navigation system directed him. The man was fined. Moreover, because of the moped’s poor technical condition, its registration certificate was confiscated.

We remind you that traveling by moped (commonly referred to as a scooter) on an expressway or motorway is prohibited.
