Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn stopped a car for inspection in one of the towns in the Bolesławiec municipality. The vehicle was driven by a 34-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. It turned out that the man is subject to a court-imposed driving ban, which remains in force until 2024.
What is more, it emerged that the Kruszyn police station was already conducting proceedings against him in connection with… driving a car despite the ban earlier—twice!
The 34-year-old was charged with a total of three offenses. He now faces up to five years in prison.
