This was already the second event organised by participants in the “Plan-E” project, created by young people from Bolesławiec and community activists from across Poland.
After the forest clean-up on Piastów Street, young people from Bolesławiec decided to clean up the area around the “Piachy” water reservoir behind the wastewater treatment plant. Twenty-seven people aged 14–17 took part in the event. The clean-up lasted 2.5 hours, during which 10 bags (125 l) of rubbish were collected. The bags weighed 15–20 kg each.
