The incident took place on Tuesday, August 13, in the afternoon, in a field between Czerna and Wykroty. Someone probably set the tires on fire. (Tires cannot spontaneously combust, after all, and in this situation, an accidental ignition also seems unlikely.)
The fire was quickly extinguished. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
What is worrying is that this is already the second such incident in recent days. Last Sunday, we reported on a night-time operation by the fire service at the same location.
We hope that if some idiot is deliberately setting these tires on fire, they will be arrested soon. Preferably before someone gets hurt.
