The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 14, before 7:00 a.m., in Godzieszów (Nowogrodziec municipality). The driver of an Opel, a 65-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, lost consciousness at the wheel for health reasons. The car hit a street lamp and ended up in a ditch.
The driver was traveling alone. He was taken to hospital.
