The incident occurred on Friday, August 9, in Żeliszów (Bolesławiec municipality). The 50-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, who was riding a bicycle, probably fell—and did so so unfortunately that he broke two ribs.
The man was taken to the hospital in Bolesławiec.
As it turned out, the cyclist was completely drunk; he had nearly 2.3 per mille of alcohol in his system.
