Readers informed us about the incident, which occurred on Wednesday, August 7, near Żarska Wieś (Zgorzelec County).Readers. At around 6:00 p.m., the driver of a Ford, a 40-year-old from Zgorzelec County, lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road. The car overturned onto its side.
The Ford—as a Reader informed us—still “lies in the field with impunity.”
The 40-year-old perpetrator was drunk; he had nearly 0.65‰ of alcohol in his system. He was detained. He faces up to two years in prison.
