The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 6, at around 2:00 p.m., on the road between Osła and Różyniec (Gromadka commune). The Audi driver, a 22-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, noticed that hay was burning on the trailer of a Ursus agricultural tractor. He wanted to alert the tractor driver.
To do so, he overtook the Ursus, which was being driven by a 64-year-old man from our county. Unfortunately, he then braked too sharply, and the two vehicles collided.
The car driver was injured. He was taken to hospital.
The 22-year-old was fined PLN 250 for improper overtaking.
