On 18–20 June several uses of other people’s payment cards occurred in Bolesławiec. The cards in question had been lost as a result of a crime.
The people whose photographs were published by the Bolesławiec police acted independently of one another. The men used cards that did not belong to them to pay for their purchases in a shop and at a petrol station.

The identity of one of the perpetrators has already been established. Activities are under way to establish the identity of the second suspect, whose photograph is still visible on our website.

The suspect whose identity has been established is a 17-year-old resident of Bolesławiec who had not yet turned 17 at the time of the incident; therefore, the case will be handled by a family court. (Nevertheless, he was charged with five counts of burglary).
