New information from the District Prosecutor’s Office in Jelenia Góra:

One of those arrested participated in trafficking a significant quantity of psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs. It was established, among other things, that in July 2019 he sold another person 376 ecstasy tablets and more than 23 grams of cannabis herb other than fiber hemp. In addition, during a search of his apartment, significant quantities of drugs were discovered, including more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, 369 ecstasy tablets and 23 grams of cannabis herb other than fiber hemp.

The suspect admitted to selling and possessing drugs.

Another person arrested was Mateusz L., who had been selling drugs to “retail” customers since 2018. At least five such people have been identified to date. He also possessed significant quantities of psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs, in the form of nearly 24 grams of cannabis herb other than fiber hemp, 376 ecstasy tablets and approximately 1 gram of methamphetamine. He admitted to the charges of possessing and selling drugs.

The third person arrested, knowing about the police activities being conducted against the arrested “dealer,” went to his apartment, from where he took significant quantities of psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs belonging to him in order to hide them. This was intended to obstruct the investigation and enable Mateusz L. to avoid criminal responsibility. Hubert K. was subsequently arrested, as were the drugs he had hidden. He was charged with possessing significant quantities of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as aiding another person in avoiding criminal responsibility, which he admitted to.

According to investigators, Dorian Ż., who participated in drug trafficking, faces up to 15 years in prison. The other suspects could be imprisoned for up to 10 years.
