The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 3, in the morning, on Route 297, just outside Bolesławiec.
The 34-year-old driver of the truck, a resident of Bolesławiec County, lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle ended up in a ditch. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The 34-year-old was fined.
