Officers from the Traffic Division of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters stopped a passenger car for inspection on one of the city’s streets. The driver turned out to be a 26-year-old resident of Lubań. It emerged that a court in Lwówek had imposed a driving ban on him.
The 26-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
