Bolesławiec criminal investigators arrested a man and a woman in the middle of the night as they walked along carrying various items.

It turned out that the pair were returning from a “job” at allotment gardens. The 36-year-old woman and 37-year-old man broke a window in a garden shed and stole various items that the owner had left inside.

Moreover, it came to light that the arrested individuals had committed other similar offences. In total, the suspects will face charges for 6 criminal acts: 2 burglaries and 4 attempted burglaries.

The perpetrators confessed and provided explanations.

The burglars are residents of Bolesławiec. Both had previously been convicted of offences against property. They could now face up to 10 years behind bars.

The recovered items will be returned to their owners.
