The incident occurred on Friday, April 26, before 8:00 a.m., in Łaziska (Bolesławiec commune).
During earthworks, a gas pipeline was damaged (probably by an excavator). A gas leak occurred.
Nine people were evacuated from the construction site and three from nearby buildings.
The situation has been brought under control. Fortunately, no one was injured.
