On Tuesday, 23 April, police officers arrested two men who got behind the wheel despite court bans on driving.
The first man was arrested by police officers from Bolesławiec. He was caught in Kruszyn at around 11:00 a.m.
Moreover, it turned out that the 24-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County had committed two offences: in addition to violating the court ban, he had driven a car under the influence of intoxicants.
The second arrest took place at around 3:00 p.m. in Osiecznica. Police officers from Nowogrodziec stopped a passenger car driven by a 36-year-old resident of Bolesławiec who was subject to a court ban.
Both detained men face up to five years in prison.
