The incident occurred on Saturday (13 April) in Ocice (Bolesławiec municipality). At around 9:00 a.m., two passenger cars collided there. Police findings indicate that the driver of the Seat, a 36-year-old woman from Lubań, was travelling from the direction of Gościszów when she failed to yield the right of way and caused a collision with a Toyota driven by a 50-year-old woman from Bolesławiec County. As a result of the collision, the 50-year-old woman was taken to hospital with a chest injury. The driver responsible for the collision was intoxicated.
All emergency services were at the scene: firefighters, paramedics and police.
