The duty officer at the Lubin police station received information about the beating of a 41-year-old resident of Lubin Gmina. The police officer immediately dispatched a patrol from the prevention department to the scene.

When the officers arrived at the indicated address, they found the beaten man, who had numerous head injuries.

According to the victim, he was carrying out work at his house when two men entered his property. One of them began punching the victim all over his body. After a while, the second attacker joined the fight.

The assailants knocked the 41-year-old to the ground and began kicking him.

The victim knew both suspects because they had previously threatened to kill him.

The police spotted the attackers—37 and 27 years old, from Lubin Gmina—on a dirt road. After a brief pursuit, the suspects were arrested. Both were drunk; the older man had more than 2 parts per mille of alcohol in his system, while the younger had 1.3 parts per mille.

What is more, it emerged that the older criminal was wanted because he was due to be brought before the District Prosecutor’s Office in Braniewo.

Both attackers were remanded in custody for three months. They will face trial for their actions.
