The competition concerns decorating with natural plants:
- windows and balconies
- home gardens (in multi-family housing)
- publicly accessible areas and public-utility facilities (i.e. areas around cafés, restaurants, schools, preschools, churches, companies, galleries, etc.)
- housing estates (housing cooperatives and communities), and municipal buildings.
The aim of the competition is to increase the attractiveness and aesthetics of Bolesławiec and make the city more beautiful.
The competition is held in the following categories:
- most beautifully flower-decorated window
- most beautifully flower-decorated balcony
- most beautifully flower-decorated garden in multi-family housing (the garden must be accessible to all residents of the property)
- most beautifully flower-decorated garden at a public-utility facility
- most beautifully flower-decorated family allotment garden.
To participate in the competition, applicants must complete the entry form and submit it to the Customer Service Office of Bolesławiec City Hall at ul. Rynek 41 (Town Hall) or Plac Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 1 (ground floor – office building) by 10 May 2019.
