Bolesławiec traffic police, while patrolling the Gromadka municipality, stopped a passenger car for inspection. It was being driven by a 44-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County. The man was drunk; he had more than one per mille of alcohol in his breath.
What is more, the officers established that the Bolesławiec court had imposed a driving ban on the 44-year-old. (The ban remains in force until 2022).
The 44-year-old will now answer for two offences. He could face up to five years in prison.
