The Bolesławiec Municipal Police are conducting proceedings concerning the failure to maintain cleanliness on the property near the former Bonitex facility. (Importantly, this story has nothing to do with the bags that ended up in the hall of the liquidated plant, as the two properties have different owners).
The officers have already identified and summoned the owner of the land where the waste heap visible in the photographs was formed. He is to report to the Bolesławiec station later this month.
The owner may face a fine. He will also have to remove the waste.
