A protest by court and prosecutor’s office workers from Bolesławiec, Lubań, Lwówek Śląski and Zgorzelec is taking place in Lwówek Śląski. Justice system workers are protesting under the slogan: Courts do not exist without us. Stop the decline in efficiency. Above all, they are demanding higher wages. The protest will cause traffic disruptions and block pedestrian crossings near the District Court in Lwówek Śląski. Several dozen people are taking part in the protest.
This is the beginning of the protests. On March 5 in Warsaw, a nationwide protest action by court employees will take place under the name #ostatkiupremiera.
Court and prosecutor’s office workers will march from the Ministry of Finance to the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where a rock stage will be waiting for them. The protests will be held under the slogans: “Time for concrete action! We deserve respect, decent living conditions and fair pay!”
Justice system workers are not the only ones planning to protest. Protests by teachers and nurses are also scheduled across the country in spring.
